This testimonial comes from the Integrated Health Association in California. They wanted the product focus to be on their California Provider Directory Utility (PDU). The Utility is to be used by all medical providers in California so that a comprehensive list of health insurance plans accepted by different providers can be found in one place.

The interview-style testimonial comes from Theodore M. Mazer, an Otolaryngologist out of San Diego.

To shoot this video, we interviewed him with prepared questions for his talking head-shots and then we mixed those interview shots with supplementary B-roll of him around his office to establish a setting.
